These Terms of service apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the studiomoore webshop.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all distance sales between studio MOORE and consumers within the European Union.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

3. Products

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural characteristics. Product descriptions may be updated at any time.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

  • pricing errors

  • suspected fraud

  • stock issues

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly indicated before checkout.

Payment must be completed before shipment.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the indicated timeframe, but delivery times are estimates.

Delays may occur due to external factors (e.g. carriers, customs).

If delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to request a new delivery date or cancel your order.

Risk transfers to you only when the goods are physically delivered to you.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

You may handle the product as you would in a physical store. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct a loss in value.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested in advance.

Items must be returned in good condition and properly packaged.

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • refunds are issued within 14 days

  • we may withhold the refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided

9. Legal Warranty (Conformity)

Under EU law, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal warranty.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, you are entitled to:

  • repair or replacement

  • or, if not possible, a price reduction or refund

Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering a defect.

10. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our breach of obligations in accordance with applicable law.

We are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages (to the extent permitted by law)

  • delays caused by third parties beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, designs, logos) is the property of studio MOORE or its licensors.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

12. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including:

  • unlawful use

  • introducing malicious software

  • infringing intellectual property

We may restrict access in case of misuse.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions).
