We currently ship within Europe. For deliveries outside this region, please contact us at info@studiomoore.be.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the products purchased.

PLAAY° 4-in-1 Set: Shipping costs for the PLAAY° 4-in-1 Set are always charged separately and will be calculated at checkout.

Accessories Purchased Together with a PLAAY° 4-in-1 Set: When accessories are purchased in the same order as a PLAAY° 4-in-1 Set, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the accessories. The customer will only pay the shipping costs applicable to the PLAAY° 4-in-1 Set.
- Accessories Purchased Separately: When accessories are purchased without a PLAAY° 4-in-1 Set, shipping costs for the accessories will be calculated and charged at checkout.
All applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
5. Delivery Method
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the goods are physically delivered to the specified address.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier may:
