1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible under our 30-day return policy, the item should be returned in good condition. You may handle and inspect the item as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct a proportional amount from the refund.

The item should preferably be returned in its original packaging where possible, and must be adequately protected for transport to avoid damage.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@studiomoore.be, mentioning your order number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Opnieuw & Co Magazijn, Ullensstraat 26, 2610 WILRIJK.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior request may not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Legal Right of Withdrawal (European Union – 14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You do not need to provide a reason for the return.

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. However, if the item has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct a loss in value from your refund.

3. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment. For furniture and bulky items, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

Items must be returned adequately packaged to prevent damage during transport. Any damage resulting from insufficient packaging may result in a reduction of the refund.

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Goods that are made to the customer’s specifications

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Where applicable, we may deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or from failure to follow our return instructions.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
